Training

For training, Texas Instruments will hold scheduled Supplier Training Sessions based on requests.

Please indicate if you need Supplemental Labor Training, Consulting Services Training or both

Please submit your request for training using the process outlined below.

External process to submit a Training request ticket

To submit an IQNavigator question/issue, after reading the instructions below, click on following link or copy/paste the following link into your browser: https://ticketsubmit.ext.ti.com

When the screen below appears, fill in all of the fields. Your access code for is: 3188880662.

In the “Detailed Description field” please enter information about the type of training you are seeking. Below are some examples of training categories:
How to set Your Profile
Enter resources
Manage job opportunities
Manage work orders
Run reports
Enter time on behalf of contractors in the IQNavigator application
Click the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
Click the ‘Submit’ button.
After you click ‘Submit’ you will see the message on your browser:

You will receive email confirmation that a ticket was created.

The subject line of the email will include the ticket number.
