Checklist - Global Supplier Registration

Multiple organizations must report information about TI suppliers regarding tax, environmental, business activity, diversity, and ethics requirements. 

 

 
 
Your cooperation with providing this information is critical for TI to report
correct information to the appropriate agencies in the United States.
   
 
1.There may be tax forms required for doing business with TI.  Contact the TI buyer for instructions for the appropriate tax forms.
Obtain the Setup ID which is given in your email invitation from TI.
 
Complete the Registration form with the following information:
   
Setup ID – provided in the invitation email from TI.  This is required for setup on the TI database.
Legal name (as report to the internal revenue service) – enter the legal name as reported to the national taxing authority of the supplier
Tax ID – tax identification number for the country or origin
DBA – name of the company that you are Doing Business As
DUNS #  - Dun & Bradstreet registration. See http://www.dnb.com/.
Physical Address which includes email
Remit (pay to) Address - address to which payments are to be sent.
For electronic payment, your bank information must be provided directly on the invoice.
Other methods of communication are not accepted.
Email address to receive purchase order – requirement for TI eProcurement strategy for receipt of orders.
Web Address (URL) - your company website.
Environmental, Safety, & Health – verification of compliance with Federal and local laws.
Vendor certifies compliance with, and ensures that its employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents comply with, and provide all notices and other communications required under, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws, ordinances, rules, governmental or judicial orders, regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to the Occupational  Safety and Health Act ("OSHA") and all environmental and public and employee health and safety laws (collectively "ESH Laws").  Additionally, the Vendor agrees to comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 52.223-1) regarding the clean air and water control acts.
Quality systems certifications – certification for quality systems such as ISO9000.
Ethics questions - does the supplier employ current or former TI employees as Owners, Officers, or Employees.
Name, Title, phone number of the person completing the registration form.
